A 1-to-1 call with a health coach followed by 13 group sessions
Our programme brings women together to discover more about female health and wellbeing. We’ll also help you to lose weight and lower your risk of type 2 diabetes by looking at your health as a whole and making little positive changes to the way you eat, exercise, sleep and more.
Insight into female health
Understand the link between gestational diabetes and your risk of type 2 diabetes as we look into hormonal changes, perimenopause, menopause and PCOS.
Group support
Guided by an expert practitioner, our groups offer a caring space for women like you to share experiences, tips and strategies as you reduce your risk and lose weight together.
Weight loss and more
We’ll help you make little changes to improve every area of your health and wellbeing, touching on hot topics like intermittent fasting, how to reduce stubborn belly fat, and the gut microbiome.
YES - if you want to find out how you can lower your risk of type 2 diabetes or other risk factors.
YES - if you have had gestational diabetes in the past and are noticing changes in your body, health and wellbeing that might be hormone related, like weight gain around your middle.
YES - if you have a current diagnosis of gestational diabetes, you can join as soon as you feel ready after giving birth.
