Our digital programme is provided by Second Nature, it will help you lower your blood sugar levels and prevent type 2 diabetes.

Core

Prepare, reset and start learning to build health habits.

Learn how to eat to reduce your risk of developing type 2 diabetes as well as setting goals for the rest of the programme.

Learn how making small changes to your lifestyle can help lower your blood sugar levels and receive the tools you need to build new habits.

Months 4 - 6
Sustain (Part 1)

Focus on topics you'd like to learn more about in our 4-week Sustain courses.

Keep receiving support from your health coach in the private and group chats

Access to larger group chat of people on Sustain

Months 7 - 9
Sustain (Part 2)

Keep choosing 4-week courses to learn and embed your habits.

Continue to access health coaches in communities, but no longer by in-app chat (you'll learn about communities on week 4).

Keep using your group chat for peer support

What will I get

Before your official start date, Second Nature will send a package to your address that includes a digital weighing scale, our printed handbook and recipe book. You’ll have access to over 300 Second Nature recipes

Who we help

Anyone at risk from developing type 2 diabetes. You must have a blood test result that indicates you’re at risk. Check our eligibility criteria for more information.
