Joanna Brady joined our digital programme in December 2022. 


What was your goal at the start of the programme?

To not become diabetic.

What are your goals now?

My goals now are to carry on with the healthier options as I feel better, have lost weight and hopefully next bloods will be within range. I have a better understanding of body hormones that although eating correctly weight slow. I’m glad I joined this programme .

What has been your biggest achievement? 

My biggest achievement is losing weight.

What advice would you give to anyone who is unsure about joining? 

Body measurements also important as my body shape has changed as well as weight loss. Read the articles especially explaining why the body plateaus even though eating correct choices.
