What was your goal at the start of the programme?

To reduce my sugar intake, get fitter and eat better. 

What are your goals now?

As above and I am still losing weight- I have lost 1 stone 4 lb from the start and my cholesterol has gone back to normal.

What has been your biggest achievement?

My weight loss, reduced cholesterol, eating better and exercising more.
