Group Diabetes Prevention Programme

Our face-to-face or online group programme will help put your health back in your hands. We’ll give you everything you need to set sustainable healthy lifestyle habits that work for you. Covering your diet, exercise and wellbeing, you’ll reduce your risk of developing type 2 diabetes and have a big impact on your future health.

Join us for 13 group sessions (either in-person or online) over 9 months where your coach will help you learn more about reducing your risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

How it works

  1. You will be invited by your GP to join our programme if you have a blood test that shows your are at risk of diabetes.
  2. Complete our registration form by entering your blood test results provided by your GP / clinician.
  3. Choose a programme that best suits you and your lifestyle.
  4. Get to know your coach in a 1-to-1 introductory session.
  5. Enjoy 13 sessions (6 fortnightly sessions and 7 monthly sessions).
  6. Finish your programme with a 30-minute, 1-to-1, follow-up session.
